3. Creator Rights & Intellectual Property

Your work remains yours. Authors and creators retain full copyright ownership of all manuscripts, cover designs, and audio files published on Lytepen.

You grant Lytepen a non-exclusive license to host, display, stream, and distribute your content to readers through our platform.

Original content only. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to publish your work and that it does not infringe on third-party intellectual property.

4. Content & Community Guidelines

Harassment, hate speech, plagiarism, and malicious impersonation are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate suspension.

5. Creator Earnings & Reader Wallet

Readers unlock chapters and audiobooks using prepaid wallet balances in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Authors receive transparent weekly royalty payouts directly to their verified Nigerian bank accounts with ₦0 listing fees.
